Do you deliver in my place?

We are currently delivering across Bangalore. We plan to expand to other cities soon.

How can I avail your service?

It’s very simple. Just register on Qozify, select the product you want and place the order.

What is the minimum requirement for renting?

The minimum tenure is 3 continuous months. After the initial period you can continue to rent for 1 month at a time.

What if I need to return the furniture early?

In case you need to return early (within the 3 month period), we would retain the Security Deposit. We won’t charge you for the remaining months.

Do I need to pay security deposit?

Yes. Security Deposit is mandatory. Security Deposit is 1 Month of rental of respective single furniture or package. You would need to pay the Security Deposit while placing the order.

Is the Security Deposit refundable?

Absolutely. Security Deposit would be completely refunded at the end of the rental period subject to terms & conditions.

What are my responsibilities towards the rented furniture?

As long as the furniture is leased in your name it’s your responsibility. In case of any severe damage or abuse we would charge you for the same. Minor wear and tear is understandable and will be taken care of it from our end. Anything beyond that would be borne by you.

What all documents do need I need to submit for renting?

You need to submit the following documents:

  • Government issued Photo ID (Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Driving License)
  • Address Proof (Utility Bill, Rental Agreement, Sale Deed)
What if my furniture was delivered in damaged condition?

If your product was delivered in damaged condition, just give us a call and we will replace it. However, this is unlikely as you will get to completely verify the furniture during delivery. If there is any issue, our Delivery representatives will take furniture back and will reschedule for fresh delivery.

Does Qozify rent brand new furniture?

Most of our products are brand new or near new. However we cannot guarantee that you will get brand new furniture.

How do I Renew the order?

Login to your Qozify profile. In the Order tab, look for your order. You can choose to renew the entire order or to select by individual products you can click on Expand for Individual Selection. In both cases you will find a dropdown with Renew option. Select the same and confirm.

I am relocating to another address in Bangalore. Can Qozify help me?

Yes. We will take care of moving your furniture to the new address. We charge a small fee for the same.

Do I need to submit any documents if I am relocating to a new address?

Yes. We would need rental agreement/sale deed/utility bill in your name.

Can I rent single pieces or packages of furniture?

We offer both. You can rent Bed, Dining & Sofas as single pieces and 1BHK, 2BHK packages which offer variety of combinations of furniture.

Can I modify the packages?

No. Packages cannot be modified.

What all payment forms are accepted by Qozify?

We accept Online Payment via Credit Card, Debit Card etc as well as Cash on Delivery.

What are the different payments schemes?

Currently we have Monthly scheme – Minimum 3 months initially. After that you can continue on a month by month basis

How does the monthly payment work?

The minimum time period for this scheme is 3 months. When you place your order, you need to pay 1 month rent + 1 month Security Deposit. After that, you need to pay per month for 2 more months. If you want to continue post this initial 3 month period, you can choose to pay on a month by month basis.

Is there any late fee?

Yes. In case you do not pay rent post the first 7 days of your billing cycle, a late fee of 10% of monthly rent will be charged in addition to the rent.

What if I forgot to pay the rent in time?

Don’t worry. We will inform you about your upcoming payment schedules. We will send you email notification as well as call you on your registered mobile phone to ensure that you do not have to pay extra.

By what day will you pickup the furniture if I have not paid the rent?

We wait till first 14 days of the billing cycle. Post that we will pickup the furniture if no payment is made. In this case a late fee of 5% on monthly rent will be charged along with pro-rata rent for 14 days. This will be adjusted from the Security Deposit.

How do I return the furniture?

Can I exchange my furniture or add few after I have signed my Lease?

Yes. You can exchange your furniture but per Lease Agreement you can change after initial 3 months of rental. You can rent new furniture but they would again have to abide by the 3 month rental requirement.

How much do you charge for delivery and installation?

Zero. Delivery & Installation is absolutely free.

How soon will Qozify deliver my order?

We will deliver within 12-15 business days.
